Right of Cancellation and Return

The purchaser of the service specified in the Service Agreement ("Customer"), BWA Dijital Yazılım Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. ("BWA Digital") has the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the delivery of the products (software, software support, program installation, server configuration, etc.) to him or the person / organization at the address indicated or installation on the specified servers. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, BWA Digital must be notified by fax, email or telephone within this period and the product must not have been used.

In the case of software products, BWA Digital is not subject to the right of withdrawal after payment of the order, with or without stating any reason in accordance with the consumer rights law, and therefore not subject to license cancellation and fee refund (the right of withdrawal cannot be used after the license is purchased).

Relevant consumer rights law article (Right of Withdrawal Article 8): Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic media and contracts for goods delivered instantly to the consumer are not subject to the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and its use.

Since this is a service/software delivered electronically by BWA Digital to its customers, it cannot be physically returned. Once the customers have the software, they can keep a copy of the software without the knowledge of BWA Digital, so there is no physical return and therefore no right of withdrawal.

All customers who place an order are deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions. BWA Digital provides all customers with access to demos of its software by following the relevant links on its website before placing an order. The customer can examine the system with BWA Digital with all its features and inform BWA Digital of any pre-sales questions, if any.
